Bùyào yòng wǒ de chénggōng lái píngjià wǒ, yòng wǒ diédǎo yòu pá qǐlái de cì shǔ lái píngjià wǒ
Do not judge me by my successes, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again.
Nelson Mandela once said: “Do not judge me by my successes, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again.”
Challenges, frustrations and failures are inevitable parts of life. When faced with adversity, our attitude often defines our fate. Some people are able to recover quickly and move on, but some people’s courage wears away with every fall—eventually they suffer from low self esteem and find it difficult to achieve great things in life.
Do not give up on yourself just because you took a fall. Do not use your past failures as evidence that you will never make it someday. Even if no one believes in you, you have to keep pushing on. Many great people owe their success to just a little more perseverance.
